Step one

the consultation

Join me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good match. The truth is, I want you to get the best experience possible out of therapy, so I’ll let you know if I don’t think I’m the right therapist for you and offer referrals for providers who may be a better fit.

Step two

the assessment

If we both agree that we're a good fit, we’ll schedule a 60-minute initial assessment. During the session, we’ll get to know each other better and go over the things you’re struggling with so I can come up with a personalized plan for your first therapy appointment.

Step three

the plan + process

During your first therapy session, we’ll review your goals and work together to create a treatment plan that will measure progress towards your goals. My goal is to help you create a one-of-a-kind toolbox that you’ll be able to use whenever you need it!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you see online therapy clients in all states?

I can only see therapy clients based in PSYPACT participating states. Currently there are over 34 active PSYPACT states. Use this map to determine if your state is covered by PSYPACT.

 

If you don’t live in a PSYPACT participating state or are based outside the US, I offer 1:1 coaching. The format of 1:1 coaching is similar to individual therapy, but I won’t be able to give you a diagnosis.

What kind of investment can I expect with individual therapy?

I currently offer two container options, for 3 months and for 6 months. Both of these containers are 4-figure commitments with flexible payment plans available.

How do you communicate with your clients?

I use a comprehensive electronic health record platform where we’ll have our sessions), exchange private messages, and share documents and resources. It is completely confidential and your data is not shared with anyone.

Therapy sessions with me are a combination of laidback and structured. You can expect me to actively participate in our session — I won’t sit back and stare blankly at you while you spill your heart to me.

 

What we’ll do together is not coaching or just regular conversation. It is humanized, approachable therapy backed by real science and over 10 years of clinical experience helping Millennial and Gen Z women turn their perfectionist and high-achiever tendencies into strengths.
