I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to make sure we’re a good match to work together. I want to ensure you get the best experience possible out of therapy. I’ll be straightforward with you if I don’t think we’ll be a good match and offer referrals for mental health providers that may be a better fit for you.
If we both agree we are a good fit to work together, we will schedule a 60-minute assessment. This will help me gain a thorough understanding of your presenting mental health concerns and give us another opportunity to get to know each other better. At this appointment, we will also schedule your first therapy appointment following the assessment process.
During the first therapy appointment, we will review your goals for therapy and work collaboratively to create a personalized treatment plan that will measure progress towards your goals.

After your free consult, I offer a 60-minute assessment and 45-minute therapy sessions
I accept Preferred One (P1) and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Insurance. For all other insurance companies, I am out-of-network.
You may be able to receive reimbursement for a portion of the cost of online therapy services through your Health Savings Account (HSA) or through out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurance company by calling the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your insurance plan coverage for out-of-network mental health services. I can also provide a Superbill (a receipt of service) upon request as this may assist with partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
Therapy sessions with me are a combination of
laidback and structured. You can expect me to actively participate in the session. I won’t sit and stare blankly at you while you spill your heart to me.
